To indigenous human cultures, the Mythmakers serve as integral and highly respected members of the tribe. They shape the culture by creating stories for the people to enact with their own lives. These stories bind the people and their environment into a dynamic relationship.

For the last 10,000 years, the stories of our civilization have driven us to the brink of a world wide ecological collapse. The fate of our Grandchildren is in our hands.

It is time to reclaim our role and responsibility as artists. Time to unite for empowerment with the goal of creating new ways to live that will take humanity beyond civilization.

We are Mythmedia and we've been called many things; avant-garde, superstitious, crazy, pretentious environmentalist hipsters, yet some believe us to be modern visionaries. Whatever we are, one thing is for certain; that no one else is quite like us.
